Compassionate Support for
Life's Difficult Seasons
Therapy offers a safe place to gain insight, develop practical tools, and reconnect with the person you've always been beneath fear, pain, and the expectations of others. With Compassionate Care Counseling, you'll find a space where healing begins—and where, even in life's darkest seasons, light comes through.

Whatever brings you here, you don't have to navigate it alone.
I believe healing involves more than simply reducing symptoms. Lasting change happens when we care for the whole person, including the deeper parts of ourselves that long for meaning, connection, and wholeness.
My approach to therapy combines evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, with compassionate exploration of the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that have shaped your life. Together, we'll work to understand where you may be stuck, strengthen your inner resources, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

SERVICES
A Whole-Person
Approach to Healing
Lasting change happens when we care for the whole person: mind, body, and the deeper parts of ourselves that long for meaning, connection, and peace.

Mind
When our minds become overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or difficult life experiences, it can feel impossible to find peace. Through Anxiety Treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Positive Psychology, we'll work to better understand unhelpful thought patterns, build healthy coping strategies, and cultivate greater clarity and emotional well-being.

Body
Healing isn't just emotional. It's physical, too. The way we sleep, move, nourish ourselves, and respond to stress has a profound impact on our mental health. Together, we'll explore practical wellness strategies that support your whole self, helping you build sustainable habits that promote balance, energy, and lasting well-being.

Soul & Spirit
Life's challenges often invite deeper questions about meaning, purpose, and identity. Therapy offers a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore those questions in a way that honors your personal beliefs and experiences. Drawing from a diverse understanding of spiritual and religious traditions, I welcome conversations about faith, spirituality, and personal growth whenever they are meaningful to you.
What You Can Expect
No two stories are the same, which is why every therapy experience is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Sessions are conducted securely through Telehealth, last approximately one hour, and provide a compassionate, supportive space to explore challenges, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with compassionate support. Together, we'll focus on your unique concerns, helping you gain insight, build practical tools, and move toward greater peace, resilience, and a deeper connection with yourself.
Couples Therapy
Relationship dynamics can be complex, and even the strongest relationships experience seasons of challenge. Couples therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore those challenges together, improve communication, strengthen understanding, and work toward shared goals. Whether you're navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or simply wanting to deepen your connection, therapy can help you create a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
